We came into investing through real estate but quickly branched out to other similarly advantaged investments. We prioritize opportunities that offer inflation protection and cash flow but have increasingly looked for areas that offer increased tax benefits, especially ones that can offset investor active income such as W-2. Through all the State’s throttling of industry and heavy-handed regulations, there is favoritism elected for industries and assets that are viewed as beneficial or necessary for society. We can mitigate the direct impact on our investors by choosing opportunities that provide for alternate tax structures.
